The Viva Bahriya is part of the Pearl-Qatar Development. It consists of high-rise apartment towers, low-rise townhouses, low-rise apartments, marinas and incorporates two additional story chalets. The site is located opposite the West Lagoon Bay Project, on a new island created through land reclamation, around 20km north of Central Doha in Qatar.VB10 is a residential high-rise building, which is an El-Jazair plot in architectural style. This tower accommodates 19 floors above the ground with 4 roof levels, two car park floors, and two floors of chalet. The roof levels are reinforced structures, composed of steel frames forming a dome. The steel frames are supported on roof level 2, with a steel canopy attached to the 1st floor.
