Project Summary
The Ras Laffan Olefin Plant is one of the largest ethylene crackers plants in the world, with a capacity of 1.3 million tonnes annually.The Ras Laffan Olefin Plant is part of the estimated USD 3.5 billion petrochemical program being developed at Ras Laffan Industrial City, Qatar. The programme includes the development of a 450,000 t/y linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) plant and a 750,000 t/y high density polyethylene (HDPE) plant in Mesaieed Industrial City.
