Project Summary

The Qatar National Bank (QNB) was established in 1964 as the country’s first Qatari-owned commercial bank. QNB has steadily grown to be amongst the largest banks in the region and is by far the leading financial institution in the country.How United Services were contracted to provide MEP fit-out renovation works throughout all floors of the Headquarters building, totaling 40 000 m2. This was an extensive project that was undertaken over a phased period, approximately two years.The project culminated in the complete overhaul of the 4th floor. From the initial demolition phase to the final handover the work was conducted in 4 weeks, to meet the Client’s requirements.
